Cachet Group in Melbourne is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Delivery team, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. You will work closely with Project Managers, designers and consultants to maintain schedules, budgets and documentation.

The role requires proactive organisation, sharp attention to detail and clear communication with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Join a team focused on high-quality, safe, and client-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, hands-on support across multiple projects
• Maintain project filing systems and documentation
• Assist with cost estimates, schedules of rates and tenders
• Support EH&S documentation and site visits when required
• Contribute to business development presentations and marketing materials
