Job summary

OSOS Alliance Pty Ltd in Rockhampton, QLD is seeking a Project Administrator to support ongoing construction projects. The role is based at the Parkhurst depot with some site visits, a hybrid working arrangement, and an initial contract to 26 March 2027.

Offering a competitive hourly rate of $42.00–$48.00 plus Super, the position is full-time with immediate start potential and opportunities for extension or permanency for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Administrator or similar role.
• Experience in construction/mining/utilities sectors is valued.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail with procurement exposure.

Responsibilities

• Raise, track and reconcile Purchase Orders and ensure accurate records.
• Process supplier invoices and assist with cost tracking and reporting.
• Maintain project documentation, registers and filing systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers, obtain quotations and assist procurement.
• Manage document control, scanning and uploading project paperwork.
• Support onboarding, site access requirements and subcontractor docs.
