Job summary

SnapX.ai in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to take ownership of the Australian construction equipment market. You will drive growth, expand sales channels, and strengthen customer relationships across the region in an onsite full-time role.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales within construction or heavy equipment, a relevant degree, and a proven track record in dealer development, channel sales, and key account management. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of sales experience within construction equipment or heavy machinery sectors.
• Experience selling Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Road Construction Equipment.
• Strong background in dealer/distributor development, channel sales, and key account management.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Must be based in or around Melbourne with Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth, market share, and revenue targets within the Australian territory.
• Develop and execute sales and market development strategies.
• Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and major customers.
• Promote company products and strengthen brand presence in the market.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
