Job summary

Mena Contractors Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Contracts Administrator to join our Sydney team. You will support the commercial and contractual side of projects from tender through to completion, liaising with builders, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

The role focuses on reviewing contracts, preparing quotations, tracking variations, progress claims and managing project costs to ensure commercial success on major construction projects in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Experience in Contracts Administration or project coordination in construction.
• Understanding of contracts, variations and progress claims.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, scopes, specifications and project documentation.
• Prepare quotations and assist with tenders.
• Monitor budgets, costs and commercial performance.
• Obtain and review supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare, submit and track variations.
• Prepare and manage progress claims.
• Review invoices for approval.
