Job summary

Core Talent is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support its Major Projects team in Sydney (South). The role covers procurement through to final account on technically challenging commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects valued from $2M to $20M+.

You will manage subcontractor procurement, process progress claims and variations, prepare RFIs and project documentation, and support cost reporting and budgeting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction, fit out or refurbishment.
• Experience delivering projects valued between $2M–$20M+ is highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of procurement, variations and cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor procurement, scopes and contract administration
• Process progress claims, variations and payment schedules
• Prepare RFIs, purchase orders and project documentation
• Assist with cost reporting, forecasting and budget management
• Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and suppliers throughout delivery
• Support Project Managers with programme and commercial management
• Maintain accurate project records and contract documentation
• Assist through to practical completion and final account
