Ideal candidates have hotel guest service experience, a valid driver's licence (valet experience a plus), and a passion for making every stay memorable. Shift patterns include nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience in a similar guest-facing role.
• A valid Driver's Licence and the confidence to safely operate guest vehicles; prior valet parking experience is a big plus.
• Instinct for anticipating guest needs and prompt service delivery.
• Natural interpersonal warmth with professional greetings and farewells.
• Great local knowledge of Melbourne attractions and dining.
• Confidence handling guest luggage transfers and maintaining a polished hotel entrance.
• Collaborative approach coordinating guest requests across departments.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional first impressions as a key contact for guests, delivering warm, knowledgeable service and personalised local recommendations.
