Avis Budget Group is hiring a Front-Line Experience Specialist in New South Wales. You will deliver a seamless, personalised rental experience from start to finish for premium customers, coordinating pickup and return with clear communication, and handling inquiries efficiently.

You will verify rental details, inspect vehicles, assist with luggage, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail or hospitality.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the frontline experience specialist for premium customers from rental to return.
• Coordinate pickup and drop-off with clear communication while addressing inquiries promptly.
• Verify rental details are accurate and complete; inspect vehicles and assist with luggage as needed.
