Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help with luggage, transport bookings, and special requests.
• Work across Bell Desk, Concierge, and Valet responsibilities as needed.
• Use hotel systems to manage guest requests efficiently.

• Keep service calm, organised, and thoughtful even when busy.
