We’re looking for a polished and professional Concierge and Team Administrator to join our Corporate Real Estate & Facilities team in Wyong.
As the face of our Wyong office, you’ll be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, contractors and service providers, creating a welcoming and professional experience from the moment they arrive. You’ll also play an important front-line security role, managing visitor access, maintaining workplace security protocols and helping ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone onsite. Alongside your front-of-house responsibilities, you’ll provide critical administrative and operational support to the Facilities team, helping deliver a safe, secure and well-managed workplace.
This role offers variety, ownership and the opportunity to become a trusted partner across the business, balancing concierge, administration, workplace operations and front-line security responsibilities.
