ING Australia is seeking an adaptable Assistant to the Governance and Company Secretary to support the Australian Board, Board Committees and Executive Committee functions. You will work closely with our CoSec and coordinate governance materials, calendars and regulatory obligations in a busy, evolving environment.

We have a newly created role for an Assistant to the Governance and Company Secretary, supporting ING’s Australia Board, Board Committees and Executive Committee functions and processes. In this busy, varied role you will work closely with our CoSec, have liaison with executives, senior management and internal teams across all corporate governance activities.
Governance and CoSec is responsible for ensuring the Australian ING entities comply with statutory and regulatory governance related requirements in an environment of change and challenge, so the CoSec Assistant role offers a developmental governance opportunity, with increasing exposure to entity management and regulatory obligations under supervision.
This a unique opening ideal for a versatile administrator who has already had some experience with corporate record keeping and is keen to take on a varied, challenging role that offers scope to contribute to the evolution of both the role and the wider function.
