Seed Heritage is seeking a Concession Supervisor to lead our David Jones Indooroopilly concession pad, driving an elevated customer experience and building a high-performing team culture.

This part-time leadership role focuses on mentoring staff, rostering, training, and delivering exceptional service while upholding Brandbank Group standards. A supportive team environment and clear career pathways are on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience leading small teams (up to 5 staff) providing coaching and mentorship.
• Strong customer service focus with a flair for fashion and styling.
• Commercial acumen to drive sales, meet wage targets and manage shrinkage KPI’s.

We are looking for a Concession Supervisor within our David Jones Indooroopillyconcession pad to lead our passionate team by driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture. THE ROLE:

• Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
• Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
• Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable concession pad.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up 5 staff.
• An independently motivated leader with the ability to work autonomously.
• A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
• A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
