Dual Site Concession Manager – Indooroopilly

An exciting opportunity to join Seed Heritage as we continue to grow and expand our retail network. We are looking for a Dual Site Concession Manager to assist in leading our passionate team by driving engagement and building a high‑performing team culture within our Myer Indooroopilly Pads. Work with the Store Manager to deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long‑lasting relationships.

THE ROLE

• Drive a customer‑focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
• Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
• Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable concession pad.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back‑of‑house administration.

Contract: Fixed‑Term until March 2026 (x1).

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff.
• An independently motivated leader with the ability to work autonomously.
• A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
• A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
