We are looking for a Dual Site Concession Manager to assist in leading our passionate team by driving engagement and building a high‑performing team culture within our Myer Indooroopilly Pads. Work with the Store Manager to deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long‑lasting relationships.

The role

• Drive a customer‑focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.

• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back‑of‑house administration.

The ideal candidate

• Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff.
• An independently motivated leader with the ability to work autonomously.
• A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist in driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPIs in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
• A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
