Seed Heritage on the Gold Coast is seeking a Retail Concession Manager for a David Jones concession pad in Robina. Lead a small team to deliver a premium customer experience, inspire sales, and uphold brand standards across merchandising and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff.
• Independent, motivated leader who can work autonomously.
• Able to mentor and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with ability to drive sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPIs within budgets.
• Eye for detail with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.

• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships through exceptional service.
