Seed Heritage is seeking a Retail Concession Manager for the David Jones Robina pads to lead a passionate team and deliver a premium customer experience through product knowledge and exceptional service.

You will work with the Store Manager to elevate sales, drive engagement, and build lasting relationships with customers while maintaining brand standards and visual presentation across the concession.

Formación

• Experience supervising teams of up to 5 staff.
• Autonomous, self-motivated leadership with minimal supervision.
• Strong coaching and mentoring to develop team capabilities.
• Commercial awareness to drive sales, wage targets and KPIs within budgets.
• Eye for styling and visual merchandising to support brand presentation.
• Experience handling large stock volumes and stock management.
• Demonstrated alignment with Seed Heritage values.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships through exceptional service.

• Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up 5 staff.
• An independently motivated leader with the ability to work autonomously.
• A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
• A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
