Seed Heritage is seeking a Retail Concession Manager to lead the David Jones Women\'s and Child Concession Pads, delivering a premium shopping experience with expert product knowledge and lasting customer relations.

You will coach and empower a small team, drive sales, manage rosters and back-end administration, ensuring an elevated, profitable concession operation with a confident, customer-first approach.

An exciting opportunity to join Seed Heritage as we continue to grow and expand our retail network. We are looking for a Retail Concession Manager to assist in leading our passionate team by driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture within our David Jones Women\'s and Child Concession Pads. Work with the team to deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.

THE ROLE:

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up 5 staff.
• An independently motivated leader with the ability to work autonomously.
• A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI\u2019s and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
• A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
