Seed Heritage is seeking a Concession Supervisor for our David Jones Carindale concession pad in Brisbane. Lead a small team to deliver an elevated customer experience through product knowledge, relationship building, and stylish presentation.

You will mentor staff, manage rosters, and work with leadership to drive sales, wage targets, and KPI achievement while maintaining tight control of stock and operations. The role features a Wednesday–Saturday roster and a focus on brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams (up to 5 staff).
• Independent, motivated leadership with coaching ability.
• Strong commercial acumen and focus on sales targets.

THE ROLE:

• Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
• Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
• Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable concession pad.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.
• Wednesday to Saturday roster.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up 5 staff.
• An independently motivated leader with the ability to work autonomously.
• A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
• A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
