Seed Heritage is seeking a Concession Supervisor to lead our David Jones Carindale concession pad in Brisbane. You will drive a customer-focused experience, coach a small team, and partner with leaders to ensure profitable operations and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and back-of-house admin.

THE ROLE:

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up 5 staff.
• An independently motivated leader with the ability to work autonomously.
• A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
• A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
