Job summary

Seed Heritage Mackay, part of Brandbank Group, is seeking a Concession Manager to lead a passionate team and deliver an elevated customer experience within the Myer concession. You will drive sales, coach staff, and manage rosters to support daily operations.

This role requires strong people leadership, exceptional product knowledge and a flair for styling and visual merchandising to showcase Seed Heritage across the concession.

• Experience supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership skills with a track record of coaching staff.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Eye for detail and passion for styling and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Drive an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business KPIs.
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and back-of-house administration.
• Tuesday to Saturday roster.

We are expanding our presence across Myer nationally, and as part of this exciting growth we are looking for a Concession Manager to lead Myer Mackay. THE ROLE:

• Drive an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales and KPI targets.

• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.
• Tuesday to Saturday roster.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience in a similar role, supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership, with proven ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI's and in line with budgets.
