Job summary

Publicis Production in Sydney seeks a Content Producer to lead end-to-end delivery of social, digital, and integrated content from brief to final output. You’ll partner with strategists, creatives, clients and production teams to balance creative ambition with production excellence.

Based in our Sydney team, you will manage budgets, timelines, and resourcing while ensuring legal and usage requirements are met and staying ahead of evolving content trends across platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in content, agency, integrated or production roles.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of social-first content production and digital platforms.
• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
• Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage content projects end-to-end, from briefing and planning through to production and delivery.
• Develop budgets, timelines, resource plans and production recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with clients, agency teams and production partners.
• Coordinate shoots, talent, locations, suppliers, logistics and post-production.
• Manage project finances, including estimates, invoices and reconciliations.
• Ensure legal, licensing, talent and usage requirements are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve production workflows and content solutions.
• Stay across emerging content, creator and social trends.
