Job summary

InvoCare in Victoria is seeking an Area Manager to coordinate compassionate pet collections for cremation. You will partner with veterinary clinics and families, ensuring respectful handling of deceased pets and timely transportation to our cremation facility.

Based around Barnawartha, Albury, Wodonga, Wangaratta, this full-time role runs 8:00 AM to 4:06 PM, Monday to Friday, with overtime and weekend availability.

Qualifications

A passion for helping others at difficult times.
Compassion for animals and emotional intelligence.
Exceptional customer service skills and clear communication.
Strong organisational skills and a tidy work environment.
Ability to handle deceased pets professionally and with care.
Lift up to 25 kg with safe lifting procedures.
Full driver's license with no restrictions.
Open to Medical Assessment and Q-Vax.

Responsibilities

Carrying out pet collections from veterinary clinics with respectful handling.
Collecting pets from owners' homes.
Returning pet ashes to clients at home and in clinics.
Reviewing and fulfilling system requirements with attention to detail.
Keeping vehicle and work areas clean and well-maintained.
Managing daily runs efficiently according to requirements.
Overtime and weekend availability as needed.
