InvoCare is seeking an Area Manager to oversee compassionate collection of beloved pets for cremation in Queensland. You will guide pet collection from clinics and homes, ensure respectful transport to our facility, and uphold high standards of care in every handoff to grieving families.

The role requires empathy, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 25kg, with a full driver’s license and willingness to undergo medical assessment and Q-Vax.

We proudly partner with both veterinarian practices and their clients to offer pet cremation services to grieving families with our expert teams guiding them every step of the way.

Duties of an Area Manager:

• Carrying out pet collections from veterinary clinics, which entails handling deceased animals with respect and dignity (all pets are hygienically bagged and kept chilled)
• Collecting pets from owners' homes
• Returning pet ashes to clients at home and in veterinary clinics
• Thoroughly reviewing and accurately fulfilling system requirements with meticulous attention to detail
• Ensuring that vehicle and work areas are maintained at the highest standards
• Navigating daily runs with efficiency aligned to the run requirements
• Availability Overtime and weekends as and when required
