Job summary

InvoCare is seeking an Area Manager to oversee compassionate collection of beloved pets for cremation in Queensland. You will guide pet collection from clinics and homes, ensure respectful transport to our facility, and uphold high standards of care in every handoff to grieving families.

The role requires empathy, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 25kg, with a full driver’s license and willingness to undergo medical assessment and Q-Vax.

Qualifications

• Compassion for families and pets during difficult times.
• Ability to lift up to 25kg and handle deceased pets professionally.
• Full driver's license with no restrictions.
• Willingness to undergo medical assessment and Q-Vax.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Collect pets from veterinary clinics and owners' homes with dignity.
• Return pet ashes to clients at home or in clinics.
• Review and fulfill system requirements with attention to detail.
• Keep vehicles and work areas clean, organized and safe.
• Plan and navigate daily runs efficiently.
• Availability for overtime and weekends as required.
