Job summary

InvoCare is seeking an Area Manager to coordinate compassionate pet collections for cremation across our Queensland national footprint. You will work with veterinarians and pet owners, ensuring dignified transport and timely delivery of cremation services.

The role requires empathy, strong communication, and meticulous attention to system requirements. The position involves lifting pets up to 25kg, driving, and occasionally working overtime or weekends to meet run requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out pet collections from veterinary clinics with dignity.
• Collecting pets from owners' homes.
• Returning pet ashes to clients at home or clinic.
• Ensuring vehicle and work areas are kept to high standards.
• Planning daily routes and adhering to run requirements.
• Overtime and weekend availability as needed.
