Job summary

MAYDAY Recruitment Group is partnering with a leading pet aftercare provider to recruit an Area Manager for their growing operations team based in South Windsor, NSW. This permanent full-time role is on the road, building relationships with veterinary clinics and families while delivering compassionate service during a difficult time.

You will be the face of the business in your region, managing scheduled runs, maintaining service standards and ensuring a premium experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles and driving a service-focused culture.
• Ability to manage daily field deployments and schedules.
• Comfortable lifting up to 25 kg and driving across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Collect pet-related items and ashes with care and professionalism.
• Maintain strong relationships with veterinary clinics and families.
• Manage daily routes, schedules and records with accuracy.
• Deliver compassionate customer service on the road.
