Job summary

Metro South Health is seeking a compassionate client service professional to support Queenslanders through the Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme (MASS). You will provide high-volume, phone-based information and administrative assistance while safeguarding client confidentiality.

In this role, you will coordinate assistive equipment, maintain accurate records, and work with a multidisciplinary team to apply scheme policies and drive continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Have data processing and word processing skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work effectively with minimal supervision as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and assistance in a high-volume, phone-based environment for clients, families and carers.
• Deliver accurate administrative support through data entry, word processing and maintaining client records.
• Coordinate assistive aids and equipment supplies, including repairs and maintenance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while applying MASS policies and procedures.
