Job summary

Wellways Australia seeks a compassionate Wellbeing Worker to join the Mildura Prevention and Recovery Care (PARC) team. The role collaborates with clinical partners, participants and families to deliver recovery-oriented support, intake assessments and group programs in a community setting.

You will perform daily keywork sessions, assist with facility needs and contribute to a positive, person-centred service across the Murray region. Applicants must meet screening and certification requirements.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification and/or demonstrated experience.
• Current valid Driver's License and ability to undertake travel.
• Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Right to Work within Australia.
• Satisfactory National Police Record Check (within last 12 months).
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Handle participant intake and assessment.
• Facilitate scheduled group programs.
• Conduct daily keywork sessions with participants.
• Assist with facility cleanliness and maintenance as required.
