Job summary

Wellways is seeking a compassionate Wellbeing Worker to join the Mildura PARC team, delivering short-term, sub-acute mental health support and helping individuals move from inpatient settings back into the community. You will manage intake, run group programs and provide daily keywork sessions to promote recovery and independence.

Based in Mildura, the role offers a casual opportunity with pay of $40.49–$43.42 per hour (SCHADS Level 3B) plus leave loading, superannuation and salary packaging.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification and/or demonstrated experience
• Current valid Driver's License and ability to undertake travel
• Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Right to Work within Australia
• Satisfactory National Police Record Check (valid within last 12 months)
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate

Responsibilities
