Job summary

Wellways Australia is seeking a dedicated professional for a full‑time fixed term role in the Geelong region, delivering psychosocial support, AOD education and recovery interventions to participants and their families. Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification and/or demonstrated experience.
• Current valid Driver’s License and the ability to undertake travel for the role.
• Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Right to Work within Australia.
• Satisfactory National Police Record Check (valid within the last 12 months).
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Walk alongside participants on their recovery journey, providing personalised psychosocial support, AOD education and interventions.
• Connect people and their families with the right services to support wellbeing and recovery.
