Job summary

Wellways Australia Limited seeks a compassionate Wellbeing Worker to join the Mildura Prevention and Recovery Care (PARC) team. You will support short-term mental health recovery, intake, group programs, and daily keywork sessions within the Murray region.

You will work under the PARC Coordinator and collaborate with clinical partners, families and participants to deliver person-centred services, upholding safety and inclusivity in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification or demonstrated experience in relevant field.
• Current valid Driver’s License and ability to travel for the role.
• Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Right to Work within Australia.
• Satisfactory National Police Record Check (valid within last 12 months).
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Participate in participant intake and assessment.
• Facilitate scheduled group programs.
• Conduct daily keywork sessions with participants.
• Assist with cleanliness and maintenance of the facility as required.
