Anglicare Southern Queensland in Robina is seeking a Scheduling Officer for a full-time permanent role to support our Home and Community teams in delivering reliable client services.

The successful candidate will coordinate staff schedules, maintain data accuracy in our system, and provide outstanding customer service while working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Salary is AUD 33.48–34.63 per hour.

Qualifications

• Scheduling experience with electronic data management systems.
• Self-managing with the ability to prioritise and balance a full workload in a busy environment.
• Highly effective customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong written and oral communication across diverse groups.
• Friendly, flexible attitude with a focus on customer service.
• Attention to detail with error-free administration.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for fast, professional decisions.
• Ability to monitor workload and meet deadlines.
• Current Drivers Licence.
• National Police Clearance.
