Anglicare Southern Queensland is seeking a Scheduling Officer to join our Stafford team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will coordinate client and staff schedules using the Procura system, ensuring services align with client needs and business requirements.
You will work with Care Coordinators and Operations staff to manage changes, provide guidance on scheduling processes and maintain accurate records, while ensuring privacy and information management compliance.

About the role:
We are seeking a Scheduling Officer to join our Stafford team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating and overseeing the scheduling of clients and staff using the Procura Client Information System, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and in line with client needs and business requirements.
You will work closely with Care Coordinators, Systems and Operations Administrators, Line Managers and other key stakeholders to manage daily scheduling changes, clarify information and resolve scheduling issues. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You will also provide guidance and support around scheduling processes and governance, contributing to the smooth delivery of services and positive outcomes for our clients.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based at Stafford, with the pay rates starts from Level $33.48/hr, depending on relevant skills, qualifications and experience.
