Job summary

Anglicare Southern Queensland is seeking a Scheduling Officer based in Toowoomba to ensure client services are delivered as planned by scheduling clients and staff in the Alayacare system. You will liaise with Line Managers and stakeholders to handle daily changes and ensure governance compliance, with prior experience in Procura or Alayacare highly regarded but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Valid Aged Care Worker Screening Check; National Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Requires current Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Encouraged to stay up to date with immunisations as per Worker’s Immunisation Procedure.

Responsibilities

• Schedule clients and staff within the Alayacare system to ensure services are delivered as planned.
• Liaise with Line Managers and other stakeholders to clarify daily changes for clients and staff.
• Work with Scheduling Lead to ensure compliance with scheduling processes and governance.
