Job summary

BankVic in Melbourne is seeking a proactive Relationship Manager to build and nurture relationships with current and prospective members and member organisations. You will travel regularly, representing BankVic at partner sites and events, and support opportunities to grow lending and product uptake.

The role emphasizes strong customer focus, communication skills, and experience in banking or financial services.

Qualifications

• Relevant banking/financial services experience, relationship management experience, or related environment.
• RG146 Tier 2 certification, or willingness to undertake training.

Responsibilities

• Visit core partner sites to deliver recruit presentations and connect with new and existing members.
• Manage onsite visits and identify opportunities to connect members with BankVic products and services.
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches and member engagement activities.
• Manage referrals and associated administration.
• Participate in community initiatives and support BankVic's member charities.
