Westpac Bank in Victoria invites applications for an Assistant Relationship Manager to help shape high-quality business lending outcomes for customers across Victoria. Based in Mulgrave, VIC, this full-time role offers exposure to commercial banking, credit risk and customer relationships.

You'll work with Relationship Managers to assess lending opportunities end to end, analyse financial performance and cash flow, evaluate risk drivers and prepare clear credit submissions that support sound

Qualifications

Strong financial analysis skills including cash flow and financial statements
Experience in credit analysis, credit writing, risk assessment or related discipline
Background in insolvency, restructuring, accounting, finance or credit is highly regarded
Ability to form balanced recommendations backed by financial insight and data
Strong written communication skills and collaborative approach to working with others

Responsibilities

Analyse financial performance and cash flow to assess lending opportunities
Evaluate risk drivers and prepare clear credit submissions to support lending decisions
