Westpac Group is seeking a Community Projects Coordinator to support programs and partnerships across Australia. This part-time role (4 days per week, Fridays required) is based in Sydney or Melbourne with hybrid working, and focuses on administration, coordination and reporting to drive community impact.

You will manage the shared inbox, coordinate stakeholder enquiries, maintain records, schedule activities, track deliverables and assist with impact reporting, helping projects run smoothly and

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects, programs or initiatives and keeping multiple priorities on track.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build positive relationships and communicate clearly.
• Confidence working with data, reporting and insights to help measure outcomes and impact.
