Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects, programs or initiatives and keeping multiple priorities on track.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build positive relationships and communicate clearly.
• Confidence working with data, reporting and insights to help measure outcomes and impact.
• Digital and systems capability, including an interest in emerging AI tools and technology.
• A proactive, organised and detail-focused approach, with a passion for community impact and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the shared inbox and coordinate stakeholder enquiries, maintaining documentation and records.
• Schedule activities, track deliverables and support community impact reporting.
