You will help keep the team connected, organized and operating at their best, coordinating leadership forums, events and stakeholder engagement in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and proactive, enjoys helping people and teams do their best work.
• Experience in a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant, Team Coordinator or Business Support role supporting leaders across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leadership forums, team events, onboarding activities, workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure actions and priorities remain visible, organised and progressing.
