Job summary

Westpac Bank is seeking a part-time Community Projects Coordinator to support the Community and Foundations team. You will coordinate programs, manage the shared inbox, engage stakeholders, maintain records, and help track deliverables and reporting.

Based in Sydney or Melbourne with hybrid work, the role focuses on delivering community initiatives efficiently while identifying process improvements. Friday is a required working day, four days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects, programs or initiatives and keeping multiple priorities on track.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build positive relationships and communicate clearly.
• Confidence working with data, reporting and insights to help measure outcomes and impact.
• Digital and systems capability, including an interest in emerging AI tools and technology.
• A proactive, organised and detail-focused approach, with a passion for community impact and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects, programs or initiatives and manage multiple priorities.
• Act as a key contact, managing inquiries and maintaining documentation.
• Schedule activities and track deliverables for timely completion.
• Support community impact reporting and insights to measure outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
