Westpac Bank is seeking a part-time Community Projects Coordinator to support the Community and Foundations team. You will coordinate programs, manage the shared inbox, engage stakeholders, maintain records, and help track deliverables and reporting.
Based in Sydney or Melbourne with hybrid work, the role focuses on delivering community initiatives efficiently while identifying process improvements. Friday is a required working day, four days per week.

You'll act as a key point of contact for the team, managing the shared inbox, coordinating stakeholder enquiries, maintaining documentation and records, scheduling activities, tracking deliverables and supporting community impact reporting. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll help ensure projects, partnerships and volunteering programs are delivered efficiently while identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
This is a part-time (4 days per week) opportunity, with Friday as a required working day. Based in Sydney or Melbourne with hybrid working, you’ll join a team of passionate people committed to creating meaningful community impact and helping to build better futures for Australians.
