Be Recruitment Group is seeking a community-focused professional based in Mount Isa to map local services, build referral pathways and simplify navigation for clients. The role involves engaging with health, housing and family support networks across a broad service ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have experience in community engagement or service coordination, a relevant qualification, and a commitment to trauma-informed, strengths-based practice. Travel and driver licence are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience building relationships across health, mental health or community services
• Ability to translate conversations into practical actions
• Strong written communication and organisation skills
• Willingness to travel and hold a valid driver licence
• Commitment to culturally safe and inclusive practice
• Experience presenting information and engaging groups

Responsabilités

• Map local health, mental health and community services and maintain information
• Build relationships with service providers and develop referral pathways
• Attend community and interagency meetings
• Deliver information sessions to organisations and community groups
• Engage with diverse communities and those facing barriers to access
• Prepare service guides and written resources
• Gather feedback and identify gaps to improve service connections
