Job summary

Advantage Healthcare Support Nursing Agency is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to provide person-centred care to NDIS clients on the Central Coast, NSW. This role supports independence, wellbeing and quality of life, with on-call flexibility across weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Advantage Healthcare Support (AHS) is seeking an experienced and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team.

We are looking for a dedicated professional who can provide person-centred support to a participant with complex needs, helping maintain independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.

This opportunity is ideal for support workers seeking extra shifts to complement their existing schedule.

Essential Requirements:

• Must be open to accepting 2-hour services.
• Must be available across weekdays and weekends.
• Full Australian driver's licence and own vehicle.
• Comprehensive car insurance.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Valid First Aid & CPR certificates.
• Working with Children Check (WWCC).

What We're Looking For:
