Advantage Healthcare Support is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to provide person-centred assistance to a participant with complex needs in Muswellbrook, NSW. Advantage Healthcare Support (AHS) is seeking an experienced and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team.

We are looking for a dedicated professional who can provide person-centred support to a participant with complex needs, helping maintain independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.

This opportunity is ideal for support workers seeking extra shifts to complement their existing schedule.

About This Role

• Providing support to a young male participant.
• Assisting with attending appointments.
• Assisting with other life administration support.
• Assisting with community access and participation in activities.

About You
