Job summary

Help&I Pty Ltd is seeking a passionate Community/Disability Support Worker to join our friendly team on a casual basis in New South Wales. If you’re caring, energetic, and want to make a positive difference, we’d love to hear from you!

The role involves providing high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS clients, assisting with daily living, personal care, and community access. Flexibility for weekdays, weekends, and public holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with manual handling/hoist, high-care support, and challenging behaviours.
• Prior experience as a Disability Support Worker or AIN.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS clients.
• Assist with daily living, personal care, domestic tasks, transport, and community access.
• Support clients attending appointments and engaging in social activities.
• Plan and accompany clients on outings and activities.
• Work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (on-call flexibility required).
• Perform Disability Support Worker and Assistant in Nursing (AIN) duties.

Help&I are looking for a passionate and reliable Community/Disability Support Workers to join our friendly and growing team on a casual basis.

Requirements:

• Must be open to accepting 2-hour services.
• Must have experience with Challeging Behavior (history of self-harm).
• FEMALE preferred.
• Service is Sunday 0945-1145.
• Full Australian driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Comprehensive car insurance.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
• Valid First Aid & CPR certificates.
• Working with Children Check (WWCC) (or willing to obtain).

What We’re Looking For:
