Job summary

Offshore Staff Assist is seeking professionals for roles including Community Development Officer, Community Support Worker, and Housing Officer to help tackle welfare concerns and develop solutions within communities.

You will assess needs, design and deliver education and support programs, collaborate with government bodies, welfare agencies, and private entities, and assist families in housing, health, and employment initiatives while tracking progress and reporting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Skills equivalent to an AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) are necessary.
• Three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed.
• In certain situations, relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to formal qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' needs and develop and implement educational, training, and support programs.
• Interview clients to determine the nature and extent of their difficulties.
• Monitor and report on client progress.
