Job summary

Qualifications

• AQF Associate Degree or higher required
• Three years of relevant experience may substitute formal qualifications
• Experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to formal qualifications
• ACWA assessment is required to align with AQF standards

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' needs and design educational, training, and support programs
• Interview clients to determine nature and extent of difficulties
• Monitor and report on client progress
• Refer clients to additional support agencies as needed
• Collaborate with welfare agencies, government bodies and private businesses to address community issues and raise awareness
