Job summary

Offshore Staff Assist in Australia is seeking professionals for roles commonly known as Community Development Officer, Community Support Worker, and Housing Officer. Qualifications

AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) is required.
Three years of relevant experience may substitute the formal qualifications.
In certain situations, relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to formal qualifications.

Responsibilities

Assess clients' needs and design, develop, and implement educational, training, and support programs.
Interview clients to determine the nature and extent of their difficulties.
Monitor and report on client progress.
Refer clients to additional support agencies as needed.
Evaluate community needs in health, welfare, housing, employment, training, and other facilities and services.
Collaborate with community groups, welfare agencies, government bodies, and private businesses to address community issues and raise awareness of resources and services.
Support families, providing education, and caring for children and disabled persons in various service units, group housing, and government institutions.
Prepare funding submissions and reports for government bodies and other agencies.
