Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' needs and develop educational, training, and support programs.
• Interview clients to determine the nature of difficulties and monitor progress.
• Refer clients to additional support agencies as needed and report on outcomes.
• Engage with community groups and agencies to address issues and raise awareness of resources.
• Support families and provide education across service units and government institutions.
• Prepare funding submissions and reports for government bodies and agencies.
