Bendigo Bank is seeking a Customer Service Officer for the Camperdown Community Bank VIC. You will help customers with transactions, advise on products, and support digital banking adoption while upholding risk awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment and the ability to achieve targets.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset.

• Team orientated mindset and mateship valued.
• Banking and finance industry experience is a plus but not essential.
