EVT - Entertainment | Ventures | Travel is seeking a motivated kitchen professional to join the Rydges South Bank team. You will prepare and cook food items across a commercial kitchen, following set recipes and maintaining top hygiene standards.

With a strong emphasis on food safety, you will minimise waste, follow procedures, and support senior staff while grooming and presenting professionally. This role offers opportunities to grow within EVT's broad hospitality and entertainment network.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WH&S practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow instructions.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Formal culinary training or relevant certifications (desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook food items as directed, including baking, pastry, and butchery tasks
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times
• Minimise food wastage through efficient preparation and storage practices
• Follow all standard operating procedures and WH&S guidelines
